Have you ever really wanted something? I mean deep down really wanted it; whether it was a car, a house or an expensive piece of merchandise-you wanted it! If you have then you are like most people in the United States or the United Kingdom who wished they could have something…only to find out it is just beyond their reach!

The United States has always been a place where entrepreneurial pursuits have been revered. However, all of these great small businesses that have popped up over time haven’t been that great. Not every business operates with honesty and integrity- a great example of this was the ‘snake oil’ scam in the 1800’s.

Could you believe that the best ever US based credit card costs you as little as one dollar only? Meanwhile this improbability turns into reality when it comes to involve hackers in cyberspace whose main job is to create and maintain a global network supporting the ever increasing growth of credit card and ID fraud activity.

Have you ever questioned yourself: “How can all those credit card companies afford 0% interest rates, no annual fees and not-so-cheap reward programs?” In 2005, credit card debt in US totaled $800 billion. Credit issuers made a profit of $30 billion. In an effort to democratize financial industry, credit card issuers have been deregulated by the government over the last few years, resulting in elimination of caps on interest rates and fees. Seeing the amount of profit made, it would be appropriate to ask who is paying for that.

Every day, more and more Americans find themselves owing thousands of dollars to credit card companies. A lot of people tend to forget about their debts which later results in huge financial problems. You may own tens of credit cards, but you will not realize the seriousness and danger of having that many plastic until you start having problems repaying at least one of them.

There are a lot of people who would hate to give out their credit card numbers to shop online. With the number of identity theft cases nowadays, this is something to be expected. The banks and card issuers have been aware of the problem and are always coming up with tools to prevent it. However, for a credit card transaction to be secure, safety actions need to be taken from both sides - the credit card processing company and the merchant.

The usage of credit cards and their value in Eastern Europe, Africa and Latin America has been discussed for a long time already, stirring excitement among the socio-economic and moral aspects of the lives of peoples living there.
The convenience of going cash-free has reached these remote from the mainstream societies countries and is now melting into their minds, changing their particular mentality. And the mentality is as such – a personal debt is an unforgivable sin, a great shame and should never be tolerated in a society like ours.

Once you have agreed to sign a credit card deal, you put yourself at a standing risk of endangering your personal and credit card information and you have to keep a pretty close tab on everything involving using or commuting this information, even if at a legitimate request.
I must admit, though, that until very recently I was rather skeptical as to the omnipotence of credit card fraudsters and phishing as one of their methods. And I have aggressively upheld the principle that a careful credit card holder is fully capable of protecting himself from fraudsters, no matter where he’s being attacked – online or at a common store.

Have you ever wondered what happens to people who fail to repay their credit card debt? Or, better yet, what happens to the institution that has issued the card and is now unable to collect payments. Things aren’t as simple as they may seem. Credit card debt collection is a $66 billion industry in the USA. Moreover, there are 8 million customers who had a chance to experience what it’s like to be targeted by debt collection agencies.

Ben
Answer:
Whether a certain credit card reports to credit bureaus depends on many factors, including the closeness of a bureau to your home. If it's important for you, contact the issuer to find it out before you apply. On our part we can suggest 3 credit cards that use at least two credit bureaus for reporting your payments. All of them are for good-to-excellent credit rating. Capital One Platinum Prestige is offered for excellent credit applicants only which means you need to have a 750-850 credit score and long-term credit history. There is no annual fee and 0% APR on purchases and balance transfers until October, 2009. It reports your payments to Experian and Equifax credit bureaus. Blue from American Express® is a high limit, no annual fee credit card that uses Experian and TransUnion credit bureaus to report your payments to. To qualify, you need to have a 660-850 credit score, long-term credit history and high income. Discover More® Card requires good or excellent credit history to qualify. There is no annual fee and 0% on purchases for 6 months. This card reports to TransUnion and Equifax bureaus.
