Currently, interest rates on credit cards are trending northward at a rapid pace; it is important to be aware of the various companies that are offering rates that are worth a steal. Most of these cards with low interest rates, work in the favor of the customers who has good credit score; there are only a few which are designed for average or poor credit history customers.

One of the credit cards with a low APR is the Chase SapphireSM Card; this offers an APR of 13.24%. As for the business card segment, the Capital One Platinum Prestige Credit Card offers an interest rate of 10.9%.

The Chase SlateSM card with an interest rate of 11.24% is one of the low APR cards in the balance transfer credit cards segment.

Individuals with bad credit history can consider applying for the Capital One Secured MasterCard that has an APR of 22.9%. At an APR of 7.9%, the Orchard Bank Classic MasterCard credit cards are also worth applying for.
