will debit card help me to get cedit again |
|
Answer:
Debit card is, in simple words, just the plastic form of money you own - for example, your salary. Using a debit card, you show nothing of your credit activity, so for credit reporting agencies information about debit cards are almost uninteresting. However, if you want to establish your credit, a debit card is a way to get your first credit card. It shows you have money, so the bank can give you your first small credit limit. If you want to build your credit score, it is necessary to get a number of credit cards and pay them off accurately, thus showing a reliable way to use credit. You can choose one of the following plastics. Capital One Platinum Visa provides 0% intro APR for a number of months, low ongoing variable APR of 8.65% and competitive fees. Another popular card of this bank is Capital One Classic Platinum card which also has 0% intro APR, ongoing variable APR of 14.65% and a range of additional services. Compare these plastics side by side using our charts, there are useful benefits in each of them. First PREMIER bank is also known for its plastics for bad credit. See their Centennial Gold MasterCard/Visa (you can choose the type of card). It has low APR on purchases, regular credit limit increases and account management services to make credit card usage more convenient. |

I have credit cards with very high limits on them, and I have no debt, so I thought this was good. Especially since my credit score has risen in the past year.
Recently, someone informed me that high credit limits are really unsecured debts and that if I decreased the number of cards with high limits, my credit score would be even better.
I have 8 credit cards and my total credit limit is $150,000.
Is this prudent?
Thanks, TK |

Answer:
The person who told you this was actually mistaken. Your credit score basically depends on your credit to debt ratio. This ratio shows how high your total credit limit is and how large a part of it you use. As you say, you have a considerable credit limit and you have no debts. This is a good indicator of your credit usage and it is definitely good for your credit rating. At the same time, very often excessive number of credit cards can speak negative of a person. But experts and credit bureaus give a vague notion of excessive number of credit cards. You should analyze your current needs and see if all of your plastics are really beneficial. if some of them have too high interest rate or fees, you'd better close them in order to save your money. remember, the fewer cards you have, the easier it is to manage them. If you would like to take a more beneficial credit card or make a balance transfer, you can consider one of the following credit card offers. For advantageous balance transfers, you can take American Express Blue card which provides a long 0% intro period, low interest rate on balance transfers and a remarkable rewards program. Another plastic by AmEx, American Express Blue Cash is popular for its generous cash rewards which imply up to 5% of cash back on purchases. Besides, there is a long intro period and no annual fee. if you want to get a low interest plastic, look at Citibank Platinum Select card which provides 0% on both purchases and balance transfers for a year and a bunch of useful additional services. |

Answer:
If you are planning to buy a car, you should have some credit on your report. The higher your credit score is, the lower the interest rate will be. In order to establish a credit history, you should choose among the following options. After getting approved, stick to the rules of a healthy credit: make payments on time, don't go over the spending limit, try to make more than minimum payments and avoid holding too many credit cards. Consider the following credit card offers. One of the most popular credit cards for no credit is Capital One Platinum Visa which provides quite satisfactory credit limit, low variable interest rate on purchases and a bunch of savings at yahoo shopping zone. it is also remarkable that the card has 0% intro interest for several months. Another unsecured plastic for no credit is Capital One Classic Platinum card. It also provides 0% APR during the intro period, savings on Yahoo! Shopping and low ongoing APR on purchases. You can also compare these credit cards to another unsecured card for no credit - Orchard bank Classic MasterCard. Its features include 0% intro APR, no setup fee, quite low ongoing interest rate and a number of additional service to help you learn wise credit card usage: regularly updated information on your account, online acess to your account 24/7, payment reminders to your mobile phone or e-mail. |

what is the best credit card to get to rebuild credi that offers the highest credit limit.
9250 |
|
Answer:
Before speaking about certain credit card offers, I would like to point out that credit card for limited credit usually do not provide high credit limits, especially for the first several billing cycles. As a rule, after approval, the company provides no more than $500 limit, depending on your credit report, of course. If you credit is very bad and full of negative issues, you can sometimes be denied for an unsecured plastic. In this case you will have to apply for a secured card and your credit limit will depend on the security deposit you will make. Here are a number of worthy credit cards for rebuilding credit. Gold MasterCard/Visa by First PREMIER® Bank provides a low interest rate on purchases and quite affordable fees. What is more. the bank reports to 4 major credit bureaus on the monthly basis and provides 24/7 phone access to your account. Another product by this bank is First PREMIER® Bank Centennial Gold MasterCard/Visa which is remarkable for providing regular $50 dollar credit limit increase. Orchard bank Classic MasterCard has 0% introductory APR for 6 months and a number of convenient sevices like all-day account access and management, wide acceptance and regular payment reminders sent to your mobile phone or e-mail. |

Hello I am almost 30 yrs old, I have never had a credit card and on my credit report I have 2 medical bills which total to about five hundred dollars. I have applied for 2 credit cards and have been denied. How can I establish credit if I cannot even get a credit card because of limited credit history? I have also heard that getting denied for a credit card can lower your credit score. Is there an unsecured credit card out there that will approve anyone that has never had a credit card? |
|
Answer:
It is true that denials lower your credit score. This is whyit is so important to choose a credit card you are eligible for. Probably, you were denied because you applied for wrong credit cards. First of all, pull your credit report and make sure there are no errors or negative records in it. In case you have no negative records, search through credit card offers for no credit. If there are records (for example, denials), you are likely to be only eligible for plastics for limited credit or secured cards which are approved for all. I really doubt whether you will be approved for a card for no credit, like Capital One, as there were denials. Please, contact the bank or read the terms and conditions of the card, just to make sure. According to your words, you want to get an unsecured card amd you have denials in your report, so you are likely to to be eligible for the following plastics. First PREMIER Gold MasterCard/Visa provides approval for limited credit and the bank sends their response instantly. Together with rather low interest rate on purchases (no balance transfers with this offer), you will be provided with 24/7 access to your account and monthly report to 4 major credit bureaus. At our site you can compare this card to a number of other products by First PREMIER which have a lot in common. For example, Centennial Gold MasterCard/Visa have the same additional services and a low APR, but it aso provides regular credit limit increase if you pay off your balance on time and in full. A very popular plastic for no credit is Capital One Platinum Visa. This card has 0% APR for nearly half a year, competitive APR on purchases and unusual for this sort of credit cards rewards program: you can save on certain purchases at Yahoo shopping section. |

i have never applied for a credit card. what do i need to do? |
|
Answer:
You need to apply for one! Today every consumer should have a positive credit history in order to be eligible for loans, credit cards mortgages at affordable or beneficial rates. For a start, you should have a job and a savings account, so that the bank could have something to rely on. If you are seriously afraid of denial, you can apply for a secured credit card. However, there are lenders that provide unsecured credit cards for people with no credit. One of these lenders is Capital One, its credit card offers are worth comparing at our site. Capital One Platinum Visa Has 0% introductory interest rate and low ongoing APR on purchases. It also provides savings on certain categories of good at Yahoo! Shopping. Another plastic by this bank, Capital One Classic Platinum also has zero interest rate for intro period, low interest on purchases and savings, but it also provides balance transfers without any fees. Capital One Standard Platinum has similar features, but its ongoing APR is higher and this card is more easy to get. Compare these plastics and choose the one that meets your needs best. |
