But in most cases you don't need to do that. You just enter into the proper blanks the number of your credit card and its expiry date, your name and surname etc at the site where the payment should be made. Then the money from your account will be withdrawn to pay for a merchandise or a service.

I have poor to fair credit according to the three credit bureaus, I recvd two Major Creidt cards w/0 % APR for 6 mos. I have been paying them off monthly , before six mos is up, much more than required, my score has not moved. What else can I do? I am preparing to buy a house and I don't want my interest HIGH. Help! What else can I do to improve my score. I applied for another Credit Card today w/my bank and I am sure I will be declined, I was not thinking when I applied. Will this hurt my score? If so by how much? Please Help!

Credit bureaus are reported by banks monthly ot more rarely, once in 6 months. So the reason for your score having no changes is that the information has not been updated yet. To update your credit report, you should ask your bank to report to bureaus and ask the bureaus to renew the reports. If you will be declined for a credit card, your score will decrease, but it depends on so many factors that it's very difficult to say how many points will be taken away. You should always be very careful and apply ONLY for credit cards you are eligible for. You can choose a credit card among our fair credit card deals, after your credit report is updated.

I wanted know if there are rewards credit cards (personal and/or business) that are more flexible than others when it comes to what type of purchases and bill payments are acceptible to build points/rewards on thier cards. I have never really seen any credit card company explain what purchase means. I was looking for a card that will accept all types purchases, but also allows payments for items such as; all utilities (gas, oil, electric), phones, gasoline etc. Thank you!! |

We do not carry credit cards suitable for paying for utilities and making purchases plus gasoline, and I don't think such credit cards exist. As for more flexible rewards credit cards, you can try American Express, Chase bank PLatinum Visa or MasterCard.
