Answer How can I recieve a credit card with no deposit as long as I make my payments on time when my credit is no good?
Answer:
If you have no credit or bad credit with past delinquencies, you can only apply for a secured credit card. In this case bank saving or checking account is necessary, as it compensates bank's losses if you fail to pay off the balance.
If your credit is bad, but without negative issues in the past, you can apply for an unsecured credit card and the only money you will have to pay is fees and APR. BUt you should be ready to pay higher fees and charges, as that's another way of the bank's covering the risks on credit.

Answer I have a card with Bank of america with a rate of 23%. I haven't been late in over 8 noths but they refuse to lower my rate what is my best option? If I apply for aother card won't it effect my credit score just for asking
Answer:
As you do not say what your credit score is, it is difficult to answer your question. If the bank refuses to lower your interest rate, probably, your credit rating is not enough for a lower rate. You can ask to extend your credit limit, though, they can agree to it under certain circumstances. If they refused to di it, you should go on paying your bills on time, so that your score will grow gradually. If you apply for another credit card, it won't damage your credit (only if you are approved for it). Quite the opposite, it will add to your score if you use this card and will pay it off accurately. So, if you want to build credit faster, don't hesitate to apply for couple more credit cards according to your credit history.

Answer Hi there! I wonder how can i stablish a good credit? Is there any credit card that will be recommended for me?
Answer:
Actually, you can't establish a good credit, as good credit is the result of hard work on your credit history. You should pay your bills on time and in full, apply for right credit cards and constantly use credit cards or take loans to build your credit as soon as possible.
If you have no credit, your option is a secured credit card, for which you will have to make a deposit in the bank issuer of the credit card.
If you pay it off ina good way, you will be able to apply for an unsecured credit card for bad credit. With credit cards of this type, the fees and charges are comparatively high, but the make a good contribution to your credit history.

Answer Are some credit cards better for your credit score than others? If so, which ones?
Answer:
You can always find a credit card which better fits your needs and is more profitable than others. To make the right decision, you should be wise and careful. First of all, think about what you want your future credit card to be and for what purposes you are going to use it. After that, keeping in mind all the requirements, find a number of credit cards you would like to apply for. Then you can start to compare them side by side, evaluating all the features, reading the terms and conditions of each card attentively and estimating what you can expect from the card.
After such complicated an analysis, you can make the final decision, applying for a credit card which won't require high fees and will help you to manage your finance, not robbing you of your money. Of course, the worse your credit is, the less profitable card you can get, but there is always a card that will help you instead of bothering.

Answer looking for card with EXCELLENT credit score, cash advance 3% + flat fee approx $75 with high credit line available. Suggestions please. What do I need to do here....
Leslie
Answer:
If you look through the excellent credit cards, you will see that most of them charge 3% fir cash advance, but with different maximum charges. Generally, cash advance fee is charged when you use the card for a cash advance; may be a flat fee (for example, $3.00) or a percentage of the cash advance (for example, 3%). So, you have an alternative. As far as credit limit is concerned, excellent credit cards always provide high credit limits, so you will only have to choose the card you like most of all.

Answer MY MOTHER WOULD LIKE TO CO-SIGN FOR A CARD FOR ME AND LET ME START REBUILDING MY OWN CREDIT SHE IN THE MEANTIME WOULD LIKE THE CREDIT I HAVE OCCURRED ONE HER TWO CARDS TRANFERED CAN YOU RECOMMEND A CARD? SHE HAS EXCELLANT CREDIT. MINE IS POOR. WE WOULD LIKE A CARD WITH A 5000. LIMIT.
Answer:
Co-signer credit card applications are made in the following way. You mother chooses and applies for an excellent credit card, a number of which can be found at our site. After she is approved for this card, she makes another application to the bank asking them to add you to her account as a co-borrower. For that she is supposed to tell your social security number. After this a statement will be sent by mail to your mother and you will have to sign it and send it back. You will receive a separate credit card, but the account and the credit limit will be the one for you two. You are liable for the credit as well as your mother, but in case you fail to pay it off, your mother will have to do it for you.
Credit limit of 5000 dollars is available with all excellent credit cards, so you can start choosing a card right now.

Answer have excellent credit and want 0% 12mos on balance transfers which allow checks deposited in our checking account. What's APR now and end of 12mos?
Answer:
There are a number of credit cards for excellent credit at our site, which can also be found among the best credit cards. Most of them imply 0% APR for introductory period (for 12 months) on balance transfers and for the main balance, and a usual APR after the intro period is up to 11%. As far as I know, you can't make a balance transfer from your checking account, as balance transfer is aimed at moving your balance with a high rate credit card on to a credit card with lower charges, thus making it easier to pay off credit. Checking accounts imply no credit.

Answer How do you know if you excellent, good, fair or poorr credit?
Answer:
To get your credit history, you should apply to one or all credit bureaus which are obliged to provide customers with a free credit report at least once a year. With your credit report you learn your credit score and according to it, you conclude what your credit history is:
Excellent Credit - 750-850
Good Credit - 660-749
Fair Credit - 620-659
Poor Credit - 350-619
No Credit - 0-0

Answer I have checked my FICO credit score from the three major credit reporting agencies. Though my credit reports look accurate, my scores vary by as much as 100 points. Do credit card companies take the average of all three scores? I want to start applying for credit cards again, at what score should I even consider doing so? Thanks!
Answer:
Each bank has its own way to check the people's credit scores. They may and may not inform you about what credit bureau they use to receive your credit reports. It may be one credit reporting agency or several of them, they can consider one credit score or the average of several of them. If you want your scores to be equal, you should spare time and check all the missing or odd information in your reports, and ask the bureaus to add what is missing and remove what is wrong.
There are credit card deals for any credit history you can have, and you can determine what is your credit history knowing what score corresponds to what credit history:

Excellent Credit - 750-850
Good Credit - 660-749
Fair Credit - 620-659
Poor Credit - 350-619
No Credit - 0-0
So, you can choose a card according to the score you have, looking through credit card deals in the corresponding section.

Answer I have 640-648 scores on all 3 bureaus and would like a card that I can tranfer balances of about $1800 and still have some available credit. I had a bankruptcy in 1998. Thanks, Jesse Gray
Answer:
If you have paid all your debts and your bankruptcy is final, you can count on balance transfer credit cards. The matter is that most credit card companies and banks offer balance transfer cards for good credit customers. As for your credit score, it corresponds to fair credit history. However some credit companies have fair credit cards for low balance transfers, but the choice is not so wide and you may fail to find some of the attractive options and benefits you’ve expected. A good variant for you is Capital One credit card application, which can be the most suitable for your purposes.
