The Priceless Boston project offers opportunities such as a private meet and greet with Red Sox hitter David Ortiz, a pizza making class for kids with celebrity chef Ken Oringer, the chance to attend a Boston Pops concert and meet the conductor, Keith Lockhart.
Raja Rajamannar, chief marketing officer at MasterCard, said the campaign is geared toward Boston residents and travelers alike, and was created to celebrate the city’s best, from sports and education, to arts and cuisine. “From North End to South End, we are working with our partners to bring our cardholders that live in or visit the city one-of-a-kind experiences about which they are passionate.”
Boston follows previous “Priceless” campaign cities
Other cities that have had the “Priceless” treatment from MasterCard include New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Miami, and Los Angeles. In each city, the company highlights dining, sports, shopping, arts, entertainment and travel opportunities.
In Boston, participating organizations include the Boston Red sox, Boston Pops, Museum of Science, TPC Network golf courses, exhale spa, and restaurateur Ken Oringer.
David Ortiz of the Boston Red Sox is partnering with MasterCard to promote the launce. “This city has embraced me and my family for the past 14 years and I’m proud to call Boston home,” said Ortiz. “I’ve experienced so many of my greatest memories here and I’m now excited to be able to share some of the priceless experiences this city has to offer.”
