How do I know what my credit score is?
You can request your credit score from any of the three major credit bureaus – Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. You can contact each credit bureau and request your FICO score from each of the credit bureaus, or you can contact only one of the credit bureaus and request all three credit scores from one bureau as most bureaus will offer you such option. Note that while you can get a copy of your credit reports once year, you will have to pay to get your credit score. The cost of the service varies from $5 to as much as $30 for all three credit scores, so we would recommend you to explore the offers before you submit your request.
